Bedlam Farms Organic is a multi-generational family business with a passion for organic farming that dates back to 2006. What began with a focus on asparagus has since flourished into a diverse array of crops. Their commitment to sustainability and innovation is evident as they continuously explore new avenues in agriculture.

Bedlam has recently introduced Purple Sprouting Broccoli as a permanent addition to their product lineup, and they're in the midst of trialling Cavolo Nero and Kalettes. Aside from these exciting developments, Tenderstem Broccoli, Fennel, and Squash are currently in season. Their commitment to quality is further underscored by their license to produce Tenderstem. With a season that stretches from June to the beginning of December, they meticulously plan 14 sequential plantings to guarantee a continuous harvest. Each and every stem is meticulously harvested by hand, and only once it has met the rigorous standards set by their dedicated team, is it packed in-house.
